Choices in Supports for Independent Living
Choice in Supports for Independent Living (CSIL) is a self-managed model of care where people receive funds to purchase and manage private home support services. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling and supervising unregulated care providers as well as monthly reporting to Revenue Canada, Worksafe BC and Fraser Health Contracts Department. To familiarize yourself with these responsibilities please go to the Spinal Cord Injury BC website and review the Choice In Supports for Independent Living online workbook.
This is one of the many Home Health services we offer.
