An inspection report is provided to the licensed child day care and residential care facility after each inspection that outlines their compliance with the regulatory requirements of the Community Care and Assisted Living Act . If a regulatory requirement is not met, a follow up inspection will be done. Ensuring safe and appropriate care is a shared responsibility between facility operators, family members, agencies, and our Community Care Facilities Licensing Program.
