Working to improve the health of the population and the quality of life of the people we serve.
Patients who are admitted to hospital for tests and other procedures stay in hospital at least one night following their test or procedure. Your physician can provide an estimate for your expected length of stay. Similar to preparing for surgery, you may need to limit your food and fluid intake. You will recieve specific instructions according to the type of test or procedure you will be receiving. You should make arrangements for someone to pick you up and drive you home after your stay in hospital. Should you have any questions, direct them to your physician's office. They will be able to provide information and detail specific to you and your test or procedure. |
