If you do not know or remember your ID (username), visit the NRP database and click on "Reset/Forgot your password?"

  • Sign in to The Learning Hub.
  • Select “Learning History” on the left side at the top.
  • Find your NRP workshop and click on the “Certificate” button on the right side of the screen. You can print or save and send by email.

Waitlists

NRP is a required course and we're continually monitoring to make sure the workshops are available and accessible.

Here is what we need you to do to ensure that you are not using more spaces than what is fair and reasonable:

  • Plan ahead and register for the workshop at your own site that best suits your needs, so that you can complete it prior to your NRP card expiring.
  • Register for the NRP workshop that suits you best. You are not entitled to register for more than one NRP workshop and be on a waitlist for a workshop.
  • If you have to cancel for some reason, please provide two weeks' notice so that those on the waitlist have time to prepare for the workshop.
  • Ensure that the email you have listed on your Learning Hub profile is the one that you check most often.
  • Watch your email for notice that you have been moved from the waitlist to a confirmed spot. This will mean monitoring your personal or work email that is listed on your Learning Hub profile right up to 48-hours prior to the course.
