Buchanan Lodge is a two-level residential care facility with four separate resident areas and a special care unit.
Rooms are spacious single-bed units with the exception of four large couple’s rooms or shared accommodation. Every room has a large window with a view of gardens and courtyard.
There are separate dining rooms in each unit and provision for private dining rooms for residents and their guests. Owned and operated by Governing Council of the Salvation Army in Canada.
Active recreation and activity programming available six days a week. Opportunities include fitness and exercise, bus outings, baking, crafts, gardening, active games, bingo, trivia and other mentally stimulating programs.
Special events include dinner parties, birthday teas, and ice cream socials, resident and family barbeques.

There is a monthly accommodation fee; additional fees may apply for incidental services.
