| Smoking | There is no smoking inside the residents’ suites or in the building. |

| Parking and transportation | Resident parking is available for a monthly fee and all vehicles must be fully licensed. There is visitor parking onsite and on the street. |

| Additional site features | Hallmark on the Park offers three meals a day served in our dining room. Common area air conditioning is available. There is outdoor patio access on every floor. Concierge service is available throughout the day and evening. Steps from walking trails are around Fishtrap Creek and Discovery trail. |
