Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 p.m.
Eligibility
You must be eligible to receive Home Health service and:
- Be medically stable.
- Have high intensity care needs that Fraser Health home support workers do not have the training to provide.
- Be able to direct all aspects of your care or have a client support group or representative who can direct your care.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage care services as well as run a small business.
