At Rosemary Heights Seniors Village we believe in contributing positively to our communities.

Rosemary Heights Seniors Village considers each resident unique and strives to enhance their sense of dignity, usefulness and self-respect while promoting health and wellness. In order to do so, resident care is delivered through seven primary values: choice; health and well-being; dignity; confidentiality; fairness; accountability; environments that provide safe, competent ethical care.
Employees communicate in English (with the exception of special circumstances such as caring for non-English speaking residents). Rosemary Heights is a multi-denominational facility.
There are 90 beds with 85 publicly subsidized long term care beds at Rosemary Heights; 86 are single occupancy rooms and two are double occupancy rooms.
|Room features and personalization||Each room features a private wardrobe, bed, bed side table, individual lighting, dresser and chair.
Residents or families are encouraged to decorate the room by bringing in small items that are labelled.
Cable television can be installed upon request. All rooms have a phone jack and phone number assigned.
|Accessibility||All areas and rooms are wheelchair accessible.|
|Security||Access to the residence is available by elevator. The residence is equipped with keypadded entrances and emergency nurse calls at the entrances and throughout the building. The long term care area contains locked doors at exits and video monitoring for safety and security.
|Smoking||Smoking for residents and visitors is permitted only in designated areas.
|Location information||Located in South Surrey, Rosemary Heights Senior Village is close to churches, shopping, hotels and restaurants.
|Additional site features||Rosemary Heights features a bistro, mailboxes, newspaper delivery, outdoor patios and courtyards, pharmacy delivery (limited service for outpatients), housekeeping, library, laundry facilities, occupational therapy, volunteer services and wifi.|
|Parking and transportation||Paid parking is available for residents. Rosemary Heights is located on a public transit route.|

|Spiritual program||Pastoral care is an important part of life at Rosemary Heights Seniors Village. Regular religious services are provided through a variety of denominations.|
|Pets||Domestic pets are allowed for residents in assisted living with deposit.|
|Medical assistance in dying||On-site assessment and on-site provision available. Every effort will be made by care teams to facilitate the assessment and provision of Medical Assistance in Dying in the requestor’s home. In some cases, a change of location of care may be required for safe administration of Medical Assistance in Dying.|
|Hairdressing||Barbershop and salon services provided for a fee.|
|Foot and nail care||Foot and nail care services provided for a fee.|

Hours of operation
Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Residents are encourage to have family and friends visit at their convenience. We ask visitors to be respectful of noise volume during morning and evening hours.
