Cascade Lodge is a seniors living campus located in Chilliwack, in the heart of the Fraser Valley.

Cascade Lodge offers three different services to the community. We offer funded and private pay suites for assisted living, long term care beds and we also can offer Hospice services through Fraser Health placement.
There are 109 beds (95 publicly subsidized long term care beds, with 105 single occupancy rooms and two double occupancy rooms.
|Room features and personalization||Rooms in the residential neighbourhood include a bed, four drawer dresser, an armoire and side table. Basic linens and built-in ceiling lifts are provided.
Assisted living rooms are unfurnished and offer a blank slate for a new beginning for our new tenants. Hospice rooms are fully furnished and there is a kitchen in hospice area where family can cook and enjoy some shared time.
Residents can bring lift chairs and small furniture as needed in the resident portion. We welcome new residents and tenants to hang pictures and bring their personal items form home. Assisted living tenants can bring their furniture and other comforts from home to fill their new suite.
|Accessibility||All rooms have wide doors and entrances for better accessibility. All entrances are ground level so everyone who lives or visits the Cascades care community do not have to worry about sidewalks.|
|Security||The care community has keypad locked doors and on-site call bell systems when help is needed. There are security cameras throughout the building.|
|Smoking||Smoking is not permitted on site.|
|Location information||Cascades is located between the downtown core of Chilliwack and the shopping malls of Chilliwack.|
|Additional site features||Cascades is a campus of care. We have many seniors who live in each community so this provides them the opportunity to walk across from their suite in assisted living to the residential neighbourhood where they can visit their loved one.
|Parking and transportation||Lighted underground and street parking are available. Public transportation is nearby.|
|Social and recreation programs||Daily recreational activities are offered including music therapy, exercises, various social activities and games. Bus trips and some mall trips are offered weekly.|
|Spiritual program||Multiple spiritual programs are offered throughout the month.|
|Pets||Cascades has a pet visitation policy and there are currently some pets in the assisted living neighbourhood.|
|Medical assistance in dying|
|Hairdressing||Hair care is offered.|
|Foot and nail care||Foot care is offered through various contractors.|
|Additional services||Dental services are offered through a site contractor.|

Hours of operation
Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Clients must meet Home and Community Care requirements and criteria for admission. A health care needs assessment will be completed to confirm eligibility. See the eligibility requirements for home and community care section of our website.
Referral by case manager at a Home and Community Care office is required. To access service call the Home Health Service Line for more information; do not contact the care home directly.
There is a monthly accommodation fee; additional fees may apply for incidental services.
