Located on the Langley Memorial Hospital Campus of Care, Langley Memorial Hospital Long-term care is a 200 bed complex care community owned and operated by the Fraser Health Authority.

Each unit houses 50 residents in a one level facility. We offer a range of services, including 24 hours a day. Seven-days-a-week nursing care, recreation therapy, spiritual therapy, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, dietary and pharmacy services, delivered with a person-centered approach.

Features

Room features Rooms feature a bed, built-in dresser, small closet and over-bed table. In room television and telephone available.

Residents are encouraged to bring in their own television and wall mount, radio, laptop, cellphone and pictures. Laundry services are available.
Accessibility Fully wheelchair accessible.
Security Keypad or key card entrance to the building and the unit/neighbourhood.
Smoking This is a non-smoking care community.
Parking and transportation Paid parking onsite. Public transit nearby.
Additional site features Common area lounge has air conditioning, television, telephone and Wi-Fi.

Programs

Social and recreation programs  Cedar Hill offers a variety of individual and group programs and events with a focus on the resident’s abilities and expressed desires. Monthly activity calendars show upcoming events and activities. Special bus trips and events are available - a small fee may apply.
Spiritual program An onsite spiritual health coordinator is available as needed. A variety of inclusive religious services are offered through partnerships with community faith groups. Trained spiritual care volunteers are also available to listen or offer support with devotional practices.

Hairdressing  Hair salon or barber by appointment with associated fee.
Foot and nail care Foot care services available by appointment with associated fee.
Additional services For an additional fee, there is a mobile dentist, walker and wheelchair tune-up services, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and companion services available by appointment. Onsite social worker.
