All echo scans require a fax request form from a physician. By appointment only.
Most scans take about 45 minutes to complete.

- Each additional hour: $3.50
- Day rate: $18.75 (for 6 hours)
- Evenings/Weekends: $5.50 (5pm-6am)

Referral must include relevant information and state reason for referral. Appointments are required; drop-ins are not accepted.
