Kinghaven offers a residential addiction treatment centre for men dealing with addiction misuse. The centre offers counselling, daily activities, journalling, work therapy activities, educational sessions and support meetings. Minimum stay 70 days.
Eligibility
Men aged 19 and over; must be five days free of any mood altering substance; able and willing to physically and mentally participate in all aspects of the program.
Referral
Doctor or health professional referral required. Referral from probation or parole officers also accepted.
Clients of the Ministry of Social Development must have an open file with that ministry prior to admission. Clients referred by an agency affiliated with a Provincial Health Authority may have access to subsidies.

Service fees apply; subsidy may be available.
