Standard facility visiting hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.unless otherwise posted.

The residence has 191 long term care beds. One hundred and sixty-seven (167) beds are publicly subsidized. There are 169 single occupancy and 11 double occupancy rooms.

Features
Room features and personalization |
Basics include an electric bed, a small bedside table, an armoire for personal clothing and all required linens. A picture rail is provided for hanging pictures. There are 24 PATH beds. Rooms are predominantly private rooms. There are 12 semi-private rooms with ceiling lifts. Residents can bring a radio or tape deck with earphones. Lamp, clock, bed throws or blankets, small pictures, plants and special mementos to help make the resident feel at home. Larger items such as furniture should be discussed with the Resident Care Coordinator. Televisions (used with earphones) may be brought in provided it fits the space and layout (max size 22 inches) CSA approved and will need to be checked for safety by the maintenance staff prior to installation. |
Accessibility | Courtyards and sun decks are available to residents and visitors. |
Security | Secure building with prox card access and all exit doors are alarmed. The building is locked 24/7 and monitored by Paladin Security. Resident rooms and bathrooms are equipped with emergency call bells. |

Parking and transportation` | Public parking is free. Nearby public transit. The facility cannot accommodate motorized scooters; electric wheelchairs are permitted. HandyDart is a public transit service with special equipment for carrying passengers unable to use the regular transit system. Wheelchair taxis are specially-equipped cabs available for the same price as regular taxi. |

Social and recreation programs | Social recreation and activity programming is provided six days a week. |
Spiritual program | A variety of religious services are offered reflecting the needs of residents and respecting freedom of choice. A Spiritual Health Practitioner is available to provide person-centred spiritual care, counselling and emotional support to residents and family members. |
Pets | Visiting pets are welcome but must be on a leash and supervised by their owners at all times. Pet Policy is in place. |
Medical assistance in dying | On-site assessment available. |

Hairdressing | Hair salon is available on site and for a fee. Residents can make an appointment with the hair dresser. |
Foot and nail care | Foot care service is available at CareLife-Fleetwood and is provided by a 3rd party service provider for a fee. |
