Our home has 167 publicly subsidized beds of which the majority are single occupancy rooms. Two enclosed courtyards and multiple sun decks are available to residents and visitors. We have free parking and are close to local restaurants.

Features
| Room features | Rooms include an electric bed, a small bedside table, an armoire for personal clothing and all required linens. A picture rail is provided for hanging pictures. Residents can bring a radio with earphones, lamp, clock, bed throws or blankets, small pictures, plants and special mementos to help make the resident feel at home. Larger items such as furniture should be discussed with the resident care coordinator. Televisions (used with earphones) may be brought provided it fits the space and layout. |
| Accessibility | All rooms and common areas are fully wheelchair accessible. Motorized scooters are not permitted. |
| Security | Secure building with prox card access and all exit doors are alarmed. The building is locked 24/7 and monitored by Paladin Security. Resident rooms and bathrooms are equipped with emergency call bells. |
| Smoking | This is a non-smoking care community. |
| Parking and transportation | Free public parking is available with public transit nearby. |
| Additional site features | Common area lounge with television, telephone and Wi-Fi. Courtyards and sun decks are available to residents and visitors. |

| Spiritual program | A variety of religious services are offered reflecting the need of residents and respecting freedom of choice. A spiritual health practitioner is available to provide person-centered spiritual care, counselling and emotional support to residents and family members. |
| Pets | Visiting pets are welcome but must be on a leash and supervised by their owners at all times. |
