- Each additional hour: $3.50
- Day rate: $18.75 (for 6 hours)
- Evenings/Weekends: $5.50 (5pm-6am)

Hours of operation
Maintenance class: Monday | Thursday, 12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Program 1: Monday | Thursday, 1:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Program 2: Monday | Thursday, 2:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Additional exercise / education programs may be available. Please call for more details.
Referral
Physician referral required. Call for testing appointment following receipt of referral.
