Provides surgical services and programs for outpatients (patients not admitted to the hospital) at a hospital location.
Surgical Day Care consists of a team of health care professionals including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, unit clerks, surgeons and anaesthesiologists.
We perform a variety of surgeries that do not require an overnight stay. The average stay is between 2-4 hours. All patients are discharged home at the end of the day.
