This care community is operated by Fair Haven Homes Society, a charitable non-profit organization that has been supporting seniors in the community for more than 75 years. The building design has private rooms for all residents, lots of natural light, outdoor spaces and plenty of lounge spaces that ensure a home-like feeling. Staff provide care using a neighbourhood model where they are dedicated to neighbourhoods of 20 - 25 residents and utilize the Gentle Persuasive Approach (GPA) to provide person-centred care.
