Outpatients are asked to report to General Daycare for the procedure. Self-referral is accepted if individual resides in the Abbotsford area and has technical questions about the ostomy appliance. More involved visits require a physician referral.

Limited pay parking is available on site. A bus stop is located in front of the hospital.
