Tobacco and Vapour Enforcement Officers (TVEOs) enforce provincial legislation on the sale, promotion and use of tobacco and vapour products. The legislation enforced by TVEOs are Tobacco and Vapour Products Control Act, Tobacco and Vapour Products Control Regulations and E-Substances Regulations.
