Hearing clinic services are provided by the Surrey-Guildford Public Health Unit located in suite 100.
Hours of operation
Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Eligibility
For children under 19 years of age.
Referral
If you have concerns with your child's hearing, referrals can be made by you or by a health or education professional to your local public health audiology (hearing) clinic by completing a referral form.
