You can access this service through your Home Health care provider. Learn more about accessing this service.
To receive Home Health services you must:
- Be a resident of British Columbia
- Be a Canadian citizen or have permanent resident status (Landed immigrant or on a Minister’s permit approved by the Ministry of Health Services)
If you have already activated overnight respite services through your Home Health care provider you may view availabilities and request bookings through our online booking system BookABreak.
Fees
Respite services costs are based on an annual set rate. Learn about the current rate through your Home Health care provider. There might be added costs for some medications and services.
