The Waverly long term care community is located on three acres of professionally landscaped grounds and includes a large lounge with a fireplace, an open and bright dining area and two secure courtyards, .

There are 53 long term care beds at Waverly Seniors Village, 51 single occupancy rooms and one double occupancy room. Fifteen beds are publicly subsidized.
|Room features and personalization||Each room features a bed, dresser, bed side table, lamp and chair.
Residents can bring a favourite chair, book case, pictures, television and stand.
|Accessibility||All rooms and areas are wheelchair accessible.|
|Security||The residence is fitted with key padded exits and video monitoring for security.|
|Smoking||Smoking is not permitted at the residence.|
|Location information||Located in close proximity to the Chilliwack Airport and just off Highway 1, Waverly is close to churches, shopping, hotels and restaurants. It is within walking distance to Tim Hortons.|
|Additional site features||Waverly long term care centre is attached to the Waverly independent and assisted living community. This provides the opportunity for couples to visit in separate levels of care.
|Parking and transportation||Ample parking is available.|
|Social and recreation programs||Activities include music therapy, arts and crafts, a fitness program, fitness games, walking program, one-to-one visits, special events, quizzes and word games.|
|Spiritual program||An inspirational service takes place weekly. Church services, hymn sing and Bible study take place monthly.|
|Pets||The residence is a pet friendly community. Therapy dogs from St. John Ambulance Therapy dog visit weekly.|
|Medical assistance in dying||The centre works in conjunction with a team from Fraser Health who assist in assessment.|
|Hairdressing||An on-site hair salon provides hairdressing services for a fee.|
|Foot and nail care||A foot care nurse visits every six weeks and provides assessments for a fee.|
|Additional services||Occupational therapy, physiotherapy and dietitian services are available for a fee.|

Open 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.
Clients must meet Home and Community Care requirements and criteria for admission. A health care needs assessment will be completed to confirm eligibility. See the eligibility requirements for home and community care section of our website.
Referral by case manager at a Home and Community Care office is required. To access service call the Home Health Service Line for more information; do not contact the care home directly.
There is a monthly accommodation fee; additional fees may apply for incidental services.
