Day Program for Older Adults provides social connection, fun activities, exercise, and health checks for seniors who have health challenges and want to keep living as independently as possible.

*If you have difficulty paying for parking, financial hardship permits may be available on a case-by-case basis. Please talk to your unit social worker for more information or contact Parking Administration at 604-930-5440 (Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.) or email LMCParking@fraserhealth.ca.

New clients
Contact our Fraser Health Access Line: Home and Community Care (previously called the Home Health Service Line). There are 2 ways to do this:

We are open 7 days a week from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., 365 days a year.
