| Room features | Each room features a bed, dresser with one locked drawer, wardrobe, chair and a toilet with a sink. Residents are encouraged to bring a television, small pictures and personal items. |
| Accessibility | All rooms and areas are wheelchair accessible. |
| Security | New Vista is fitted with WanderGuard, alarmed doors and video monitoring for security. |
| Smoking | This is a non-smoking care community. |
| Parking and transportation | Visitor parking available onsite with ample street parking. Public transit nearby – close to Edmonds Skytrain station. |
| Additional site features | New Vista offers independent living and a day program for adults. |
Programs
| Social and recreation programs | There are a variety of activities and programs offered at New Vista including a music therapy program, strength training, reading group, wisdom circle, table bowling, choir and happy hour. |
| Spiritual program | Church services of different denominations are available to meet the spiritual needs of the residents and families. |
| Pets | One cat, three birds and several aquariums are located on site. Visits from pets are encouraged. |
