Eden Care Centre rooms are all wheelchair accessible and located on one floor of a "C"-shaped building with enclosed courtyards.

Our home was first opened in 1973 and our mission is to ensure excellence in the provision of service to our residents.  We are dedicated to maintaining a Resident Centred Home which respects the dignity and worth of our residents, their families and friends.  We recognize the rights of individuals to direct their own care in a supported manner, including the right to refuse care.  This philosophy is based on the belief that our residents have the right to be treated with dignity and respect, the resident has the right to confidentiality of information, the resident and family have a right to information regarding the resident’s condition and a right to be included in the decisions regarding care and each resident has the right to expect the best possible care provided by qualified and competent personnel, in the most ethical manner regardless of race, colour, creed, national origin, gender or source of payment for services.

Eden Care Centre focuses on creating as homelike an environment as possible with an emphasis on food quality.

There are 89 publicly subsidized long term care beds at the centre. All rooms are single occupancy rooms.
