Eligibility

New Home Health clients: For general questions or to access this service, contact our central Home Health Service Line, 1-855-412-2121 (open 7 days a week, 8:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.; statutory holidays hours between 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.).

Fees

Some Home Health services are provided free of charge while others include a cost based on your after tax income. Learn more about accessing Home and Community Care services.

Language (s) Offered

Primarily English, although translation services can be made available if sufficient notice is given. It is suggested to bring an interpreter if understanding English is difficult.
