Offers a system to report situations of abuse, neglect and self-neglect involving adults.

Fraser Health is a designated agency responsible for receiving/inquiring into reports for those unable to seek assistance on their own due to physical handicap, illness, disease, injury or other condition that affects their ability to make decisions about the abuse or neglect. Please contact the appropriate office to report an incidence of adult abuse or neglect relating to the following situations: individuals receiving care in a hospital; individuals who may be unable to get help due to a mental illness; individuals living at home, or within an assisted living or private pay care facility; individuals receiving care in a contracted long term care facility; and individuals receiving care in a Fraser Health owned and operated long term care facility.

Reports of abuse or neglect that involve an adult where there is a concern that the adult is unable to get help on their own due to physical restraint, or a physical and or mental disability. 

For adults 19 and over.
