2008 Acute In-Patient Experience Survey: How’d We Do?

In 2008, Fraser Health took part in a province wide survey of acute care inpatients asking feedback about the care and services they received while in hospital.

The survey shows that most patients are satisfied with the quality of care they receive - 91% rate the overall quality of care they received at Fraser Health hospitals as good, very good, or excellent and 93% would definitely or probably recommend their hospital to family or friends.

Our services range from hospital care, to community-based residential, home health, mental health and public health services.

Our facilities include hospitals, clinics, community health care centres, residential care and assisted living homes.
