The Abbotsford Primary Care Clinic is a nurse practitioner–led service dedicated to improving access to comprehensive, community-based health care in Abbotsford.
We support individuals who may have difficulty accessing traditional clinic settings by bringing care directly into the community. Our nurse practitioners work in partnership with local programmes and organisations, including First Nations health centres, youth services, and social service agencies, to provide care that is culturally safe, respectful, and person-centred.
We also offer women’s health services, including access to intrauterine devices (IUDs) and contraception, in a safe and inclusive space. This is a self-referral service; individuals can call the clinic directly to book an appointment.
