Ultrasound services are available by appointment at Abbotsford Regional Hospital.
A requisition from a health care provider is required to receive an ultrasound. Your health care provider will contact you with your ultrasound appointment date, time and location. Appointments are scheduled based on the urgency and type of scan ordered.

Ultrasound services are in the Medical Imaging department on the second floor. From the main entrance, take the first set of elevators on the right-hand side to the second floor. When you exit the elevator, Medical Imaging is straight ahead.

Eligibility
Ultrasound does not use radiation. It is generally considered safe for people of all ages, including pregnant women and developing babies.
