Eligibility
- Must be able to consent for care.
- All genders welcome.
- Mature minors and adults. At this time we do not see pediatric clients for follow up forensic-medical care, pediatric clients should be referred to the HEAL Clinic.
Referral
Patients are encouraged to self refer by calling 604-804-5406 or 1-855-775-7223 (toll free in B.C.) or emailing: embraceclinic@fraserhealth.ca.
For referrals from organizations or health care providers please complete and submit the referral form. Referrals must have patient consent.
