The medical clinic provides medical care, health education, and advocacy, to individuals experiencing mental health problems, to their families, and to youth.
The client will be asked to sign a Release of Information form in order to compile a medical chart at the clinic, and arrange for transfer of current medical records to this office. Not a walk-in clinic; for registered clients by appointment only. Services offered in conjunction with mental health and addictions services.

Referral
Referrals accepted from mental health and substance use services, following intake assessment appointment. The clinic must receive the referral forms before any appointments can be scheduled. Also accepts referrals from case managers, addictions counsellors, outreach workers, and patients can self-refer.
