Open visiting hours; number of visitors and length of visits may be limited based on patient or unit needs.
Eligibility
Adults ages 19 years and older.
Referral
Individuals can self-refer by:
- Calling 1-888-587-3755 option 4 then option 0 to speak to a receptionist. A clinician will then call back to assist with determining what sessions may support desired goals.
- Visiting during intake drop-in hours at one of our locations:
- Monday, 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. – Surrey
- Tuesday, 1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. – New Westminster
- Wednesday, 1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. – Chilliwack
- Thursday, 1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. – New Westminster
- Friday, 09:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. – Surrey
Referrals from other service providers are welcomed with the individual’s consent.
