Provides group-based support for individuals who are looking for an outpatient substance use program.
Programming is based on client goals and is tailored to the individual to provide flexibility with both virtual and in person options.

The DEW Program services include:
- Group counselling
- Substance use information
- Referral to other services
- Harm reduction
- Vocational counselling
- Occupational therapy
- Recreation therapy
- 2SLGBTQIA+ groups
- Indigenous health groups
Hours of operation
Service hours are Monday through Saturday with day and evening options.

Eligibility
Adults ages 19 years and older.
Referral
Individuals can self-refer by:
- Calling 604-585-5610 and speaking to a receptionist. A clinician will then call back to assist with determining what sessions may support desired goals.

- Monday, 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. – Surrey
- Tuesday, 1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. – New Westminster
- Tuesday, 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. – Mission
- Wednesday, 1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. – Chilliwack
- Wednesday, 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. – Hope
- Thursday, 1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. – New Westminster
- Friday, 09:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. – Surrey
Referrals from other service providers are welcomed with the individual’s consent.
