Eligibility
Anyone who is concerned about their own or someone else’s substance use.
We provide support for people of all ages:
- Adults (19+ years)
- Older adults (60+ years)
- Couples
- Families

English, Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, and Spanish. One-to-one counselling available in Spanish, Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu; group counselling available in Punjabi.
