The building is designed to showcase the unique First Nation heritage and culture and is based upon a traditional single-slope longhouse concept. Offers hospitality and personal assistance services to seniors and adults with disabilities.
Owned and operated by Stó:lô Nation Health Services, Stó:lô Elders Lodge has 15 publicly subsidized one-bedroom suites.

| Room features | Each suite includes a refrigerator, cooking range, microwave, air conditioning and outdoor access. Residents bring their own bedroom and living room furnishings as well as decorations to make it their home. Weekly light housekeeping and flat linen service. Personal laundry is available on a per load basis. |

| Accessibility | Residents must be able to move around in their own suite with or without the use of mobility aids. Manual and power wheelchairs are accommodated. Electric scooters are not permitted inside the building. |

| Security | Key pad or key card is required to enter the building. |

| Smoking | No smoking is permitted inside the suites or in the building. A designated outdoor smoking area is available. |

| Parking and transportation | Ample parking is available on site. Parking for scooters is available. |

| Additional site features | Lunch and dinner are served daily; snacks are available throughout the day. There is a rotating menu which is reviewed by a dietician. Walking distance to Cottonwood Mall, Luckakuck Mall, food services and grocery stores. There is a common area lounge with television, telephone Wi-Fi and air conditioning. |
