Fraser Health Rapid Access to Addiction Care (RAAC) clinic provides low-barrier, responsive care to patients with substance use concerns with an aim of assessment, initial stabilization and transition to community-based clinics and services.

Eligibility
Open to any individual who identifies concerns with their substance use.
The Rapid Access to Addiction Care (RAAC) clinic accepts referrals from community providers, doctors, nurses, social workers, as well as self-referrals.
Appropriate Rapid Access to Addiction Care (RAAC) clinic referrals include patients seeking assessment and management of substance use concerns. Substances can include but are not limited to alcohol, benzodiazepines, nicotine, stimulants (cocaine, crystal methamphetamine) and opioids.
If you are accessing the Rapid Access to Addiction Care (RAAC) in the Fraser North, please connect with the Mental Health and Substance Use Wellness Centre at Royal Columbian Hospital. The hours of operation are from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
If you are accessing the Rapid Access to Addiction Care (RAAC) in the Fraser South, please connect with the Creekside Withdrawal Management Centre. The hours of operation are from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
If you are accessing the Rapid Access to Addiction Care (RAAC) in the Fraser East, please connect with Chilliwack General Hospital, Mission Mental Health and Substance Use Centre or Abbotsford RAAC Clinic. The hours of operation are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
