The Concussion Services is an early intervention and follow-up service for clients living with the effects of a recent concussion/mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI).
Hours of operation
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Closed on weekends.
Eligibility
The client is:
- 16 years of age or older
- Lives within the Fraser Health Authority region
- Has a diagnosis of concussion which occurred in the last 12 months
- Not eligible for concussion services through ICBC or WorkSafeBC
