The residence is located close to downtown Port Coquitlam, public transportation, the Terry Fox library, Wilson Seniors Centre, numerous shops and restaurants, parks and local churches.

There are 70 subsidized assisted living suites; 60 studios and 10 one bedrooms.

Assisted living cannot accommodate tenants who are unable to make decisions on their own behalf, or who require professional supervision or when a tenant’s needs exceed the service delivery capacity of the residence.

Features

Room features All suites include a small fridge, clothing wardrobe and window blinds. Residents provide their own furnishings.
Couples are accommodated.
Weekly scheduled light housekeeping and linen service (sheets and towels) is provided. Personal laundry is the responsibility of the tenant.
Accessibility The residence is a fully accessible building, with user-friendly features such as wide halls and doorways, handrails and grab bars, entrances without steps, elevators and step in showers. Tenants must be able to move independently in their suites with or without the use of mobility aids.
Electric wheelchairs are not permitted. A limited number of motorized scooters are accepted. Each scooter must meet policy criteria.
Security Key pad or key card are required to enter the building.
Smoking We are a non-smoking residence. There is a designated outside smoking area.
Parking and transportation Free visitor parking is available on-site with additional street parking nearby.
Additional site features Building amenities include a central dining room, multi-use lounges, a media theatre, library and computer area. For those who enjoy the outdoors there are lovely patios and gardens. Complimentary washer and dryers are located on each floor.
We serve two meals a day in a central dining room. A continental breakfast and complementary coffee service is available each morning. Meal plans are rotated monthly and are reviewed by a dietician twice yearly.
The residence has an HVAC system for both heating and air conditioning.

Programs

Social and recreation Recreation, leisure and wellness programs include falls reduction, fitness classes, discussion groups, movie afternoons, physical games and bus outings.
Spiritual Spiritual programming is available.
Pets We cannot accommodate resident pets. Family pets are welcome to visit with residences’ permission.

Hairdressing Hair salon/barber is available by appointment with an associated fee.
Additional services General store available on-site.
For an additional fee, there is a guest suite available.
