This office is not staffed but offers an opportunity for members of the public to drop off and pick up information. Telephone inquiries will be directed to the Chilliwack office as listed.

Contact our Fraser Health Access Line: Home and Community Care (previously called the Home Health Service Line). There are 2 ways to do this:

We are open 7 days a week from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., 365 days a year.
