- Screening and assessment with individualized recommendations

- Collaborative treatment planning developed by the client and clinicians

- Referrals to additional services, including bed-based programs and group supports.
- Access to psychiatry for consultation and medication support

Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., excluding stat holidays and weekends.
Eligibility
Inclusion Criteria
- Children, youth and young adults ages 13 to 24 and their family members
- Lives in the Fraser Health region
- Experiencing both mental health and substance use challenges
Exclusion Criteria
- Individuals under the age of 13 and over the age of 25
- Individuals who are not experiencing both mental health and substance use challenges
Please note: If a referred client does not meet the service’s criteria, or if another service is better suited to their needs, we will assist them in connecting with the most appropriate support service.

Referrals can be made by contacting the regional YCD intake line. To refer, please call 778-240-3624.
Self and family referrals are accepted. Referrals are open access, and anyone can refer.

- Other Fraser Health services; Short Term Assessment Response Treatment, Early Psychosis Intervention, and Substance Use Services Access Team
