CT scans are available by appointment at Chilliwack General Hospital.
A requisition from a health care provider is required to receive a CT scan. Your health care provider will contact you with your appointment date, time and location. Appointments are scheduled based on the urgency and type of scan ordered.

CT scans are in the Medical Imaging department on the main floor. From the main entrance, walk past the elevators through the main lobby, turn right and enter the double doors on the right-hand side.

Monday to Friday: 7:15 a.m. - 10:15 p.m.
Weekends and Statutory Holidays: 7:45 a.m. - 10:15 p.m.
Eligibility
Let your referring health care provider, or our staff know if there is any possibility that you are pregnant. Precautions are taken to limit radiation exposure to the fetus. Lead shielding is no longer needed for today’s CT scanners.
