The OPS is located at the Peace Arch Hospital’s White Rock/South Surrey Mental Health and Substance Use Centre in the Russell Annex.
Hours of operation
Monday | Tuesday | Friday, 5:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.
Weekends, 10:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Hours may be adjusted.
Eligibility
Contact your family doctor or nurse practitioner so they can determine if this is the right service for you.
Referral
- Individuals who have mild to moderate mental health conditions (e.g. depression or anxiety)
- Aged 19 years or older
- No previous appointments with the rapid access clinic or other psychiatrist (e.g. hospital or community) in the past six months
