CT scans are available by appointment at Abbotsford Regional Hospital.
A requisition from a health care provider is required to receive a CT scan. Your health care provider will contact you with your appointment date, time and location. Appointments are scheduled based on the urgency and type of scan ordered.

CT scan services are in the Medical Imaging department on the second floor. From the main entrance, take the first set of elevators on the right-hand side to the second floor. When you exit the elevator, Medical Imaging is straight ahead.

Eligibility
Let your referring health care provider, or our staff know if there is any possibility that you are pregnant. Precautions are taken to limit radiation exposure to the fetus. Lead shielding is no longer needed for today’s CT scanners.
