What is Cardiac Amyloidosis?

Cardiac Amyloidosis is a heart condition that affects the heart’s ability to pump blood. This is caused by a protein, known as amyloid, that builds up in your heart muscle. This condition can lead to abnormal heart beats (arrhythmias) and broken heart signals (heart block).
