Services for people who require nursing treatment and education in self-care management.

You may be asked to attend a Home Health clinic for nursing care or other professional services. Home Health clinics are located in all communities of the Fraser Health region.

Clinic hours

All Home Health clinics are open weekdays during regular business hours. Some clinics are also open on the weekends.

What types of programs and services are offered?

Services offered in the clinics include:

  • Intravenous antibiotic treatment
  • Client teaching related to treatments of specific diseases or conditions
  • Rehabilitation
  • Social work consultation
  • Group education on managing a chronic health condition

Home Health clinics are not an emergency service

Appointments are scheduled in advance to provide care for Home Health clients who are mobile and do not require in-home visits.
