Virtual support groups for families and friends supporting adults living with mental health and/or substance use concerns. Join a support group to meet others facing similar situations.
Support groups are a space where peers share their own experiences in a relaxed, informal, and non-judgmental way. The underlying message is we are all in this together.
Friends and family support groups are facilitated by a clinical counsellor and a family peer from the Family Support Services team.
Support groups are offered online. Please call the Family Support Services team at 1-833-898-6200 for dates and times.
