Outpatient physiotherapy is provided to patients living in the Fraser Health Authority. Target populations include select orthopedic, neurological and pediatric conditions.

Physiotherapists (PT) help you recover, keep, and make the most of your mobility and function so you can return to your preferred activities. For example: practicing standing, walking, learning how to use a prosthetic leg and climbing stairs.

The referral form must be completed in full for screening to determine if it meets our eligibility criteria. Please include all relevant medical consults and investigative reports along with the completed referral form.
