Speech-language pathologists (SLPs) work with clients of all ages to diagnose speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.
Services may be provided on site or within the home environment depending on client need.

The referral form must be completed in full and faxed to 604-587-7859 to be screened to determine if it meets our eligibility criteria. Please include all relevant medical consults and investigative reports along with the completed referral form.
