Ken Casorso provides strategic leadership for the Employee Experience portfolio by focusing on people and their work environment to improve the care experience and for patient experience, quality care, professional practice and learning and research.

As Vice President of Employee Experience, Ken is accountable for ensuring the organization has the right people in the right roles to deliver quality care. His portfolio includes workforce planning, recruitment, employee and labour relations, and partners with leaders, staff and medical staff and unions across the health authority. He is deeply committed to creating workplaces where every voice matters, and our people feel supported and safe to do their best work together. Ken prioritizes strong engagement, inclusive cultures and data-informed decision making to strengthen team performance and outcomes. His vision is to build a resilient, people-centred workforce that can meet the evolving needs of the communities Fraser Health serves.

Ken has spent his career in health care, holding progressive human resources leadership roles at both Vancouver Coastal Health and here at Fraser Health. He brings expertise in workforce strategy, labour relations and organizational change, with a strong focus on partnering with leaders and teams to drive meaningful, sustainable improvements in workplace experience and performance.
