Working together with the Fraser Health Board, Executive Team and the Ministry of Health, she ensures financial and technology strategies align with Fraser Health’s objectives and ensures that resources are used in the most effective ways to achieve organizational goals and strategies.
Olga leads and enables transformation to achieve optimal patient outcomes in a cost-effective way. Her priorities include transparency, accountability and responsibility for tax-payer funding while leveraging technology to improve efficiency and enable better care. Olga is deeply committed to, and upholds principles of, equity, diversity, inclusion, and Truth and Reconciliation.
Having worked for over 25 years in large, complex, public-service organizations, Olga brings extensive experience in financial leadership and stewardship of public funds.
